历史沿革[edit]
海珠社区居委会依深南府〔2001〕56号文，于2001年10月29日批复设立。2002年1月10日，原桂庙居委会调入海珠社区。[1]
人口与居住[edit]
社区有9552户，常住11246人，暂住6813人，合计18059人（未注明年份）。辖区内有海印长城、海岸明珠、保利城、观海台、滨海之窗等住宅小区，以及学府小学、学府中学、南山书城、海雅百货等教育与商业设施。[1][2]
社区2018年3月列入2017年度广东省「民主法治村（社区）」创建单位，2022年8月获认定为「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[2][1]
