高发社区是广东省深圳市南山区沙河街道的社区，在街道东北部，管辖面积约2.1平方千米，南起北环大道、侨香路一线，北到深云村一带。[1]社区名称来自辖区内的东方科技园工业区——该园区由高速公路发展有限公司开发，故称“高发”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
2004年10月，街道增设社区，高发社区从原香山社区居委会划出，成立社区居民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
辖区工业区和写字楼多，有美景工业区、东方科技园、中航沙河工业区、深云村和沙河建工村等，居住者多是来自各行业的外来务工人员。[1]
文化[edit]
社区在2022年3月成为第一批「深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」，2025年5月又进入「2025—2026年全国示范性老年友好型社区」创建名单。[1]街道2025年的工作总结还提到，街道要在高发社区民生综合体的经验上继续建设民生服务设施。[2]
