华富街道是广东省深圳市福田区中部的一个街道，辖华山、黄木岗、田面、新田、莲花一村、莲花二村、莲花三村、梅岗8个社区。街道北靠笔架山公园，南接深南大道，东以华富路为界，西到彩田路，面积约5.75平方千米，2020年第七次全国人口普查时常住人口为59995人。[1]街道办事处于1989年设立，名称取自辖区内的华富路和华富屋村住宅区。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
华富街道办事处设于1989年。2002年9月，原辖区一分为二，西部另设莲花街道办事处，华富街道留下东部。[2]到2009年8月，位于华富路东侧的华航社区和华红社区被划给华强北街道，街道于是只剩现在的8个社区。[2]
关于街道名称，博雅地名网的说法是取自主干道华富路与华富屋村住宅区，另有寄寓“中华富强”之意。[2]
地理环境[edit]
辖区位于福田区中部，北面以北环路为界，隔路是梅林街道；南面沿深南路，另一侧为福田街道；东邻华强北街道，西邻莲花街道。[1]面积一说5.75平方千米[1]，博雅地名网则记作约6.5平方千米[2]，后者为较早的口径。
街道北部是笔架山公园。公园1989年动工，1999年10月起向市民开放，占地149公顷，因三座主峰东西并立、形如笔架而得名，主峰海拔178米。[4]辖区南侧是深圳中心公园，由原来的绿化隔离带改建，1999年9月28日作为市政公园开放，占地约116.8万平方米，南北长约2.5公里。[5]街道在工作报告中把自己的特色概括为“一半公园一半城”。[3]
人口与单位[edit]
第七次全国人口普查登记的常住人口为59995人，标准时点是2020年11月初。[1]2020年8月的统计为：基本单位合计4984家，法人单位占3421家。[1]辖区内驻有深圳市体育运动学校、深圳市第二人民医院、华富派出所等机关事业单位。[7]
经济[edit]
街道的商业与产业集中在莲花一村社区的深业上城一带，以及新田社区的一批商务楼宇。据街道2025年工作总结，当年全年招引落地项目61个，数量居福田区第一；街道重点扶持机器人、低空经济、金融和宠物四类行业，深圳首家市内免税店也开在深业上城。[3]街道在2023年率先于全区成立街道一级的招商引资专班，当年10月举行招商引资签约大会，记录的成果为48个项目、39亿元。[6]
旧村与旧区改造[edit]
华富村住宅区建于1987年，属深圳最早一批小区；2017年9月启动东、西两区的拆建，2023年9月28日回迁楼12栋竣工，二千三百多户住户搬回。[8]田面村原为一座有360多年历史的村落，2025年12月24日经改造后以田面国际文创小镇之名开园。[3][9]
