历史沿革[edit]
2002年9月，因设立莲花街道，原华富街道康欣居民委员会改为莲花街道康欣社区居委会。[2] 社区工作站成立于2000年9月，前身是康欣社区居委会。[2]
辖区[edit]
辖区东起景田路，西到香梅路，南至莲花路，北至北环路，面积约0.96平方公里。[1] 据官网简介，社区常住人口约3万人，有住宅小区28个、商业楼宇14栋；学校共7所，有福田区外国语学校和外国语小学（含景秀校区），幼儿园则有快乐宝贝、金生和外国语学校北校区附属幼儿园三所。[1]
辖区内有7座公园，如景蜜公园、宠物公园、岩石公园和加拿大友城公园；附近有地铁2号线的香梅北站和景田站。[1]
社区党群服务中心在香梅路2002号俊景豪园2栋，2021年11月建成启用。社区获得过广东省的民主法治示范社区、交通安全文明示范社区等称号。[1]
