福新社区是深圳市福田区莲花街道下辖的社区，辖区内有莲花山公园、深圳市儿童医院、关山月美术馆等单位和场所。[1]

名称与历史沿革[edit]

2003年，原福中社区居委会一分为二，福新社区居委会由此设立；博雅地名网另记成立于2002年。[2][3] 名称取「福田区新设居委会」之意。[2]

辖区[edit]

辖区东起彩田路，西到新洲路，南临深南大道，北达莲花路。[2] 官网简介写作区域面积约3.3平方公里，称辖区有26幢商品房，3209户住户，其中户籍居民6826人，暂住居民3174人。[1]

社区里的单位包括深圳市儿童医院、深圳广电集团、关山月美术馆和黄埔学校，写字楼有荣超商务中心、江苏大厦等；莲花山公园也在辖区内，此外还有10路、14路两个公交总站。[1]
