布心社区在深圳市罗湖区东湖街道西南部，四至为深沙路、太白路、东晓路与东湖路，社区总面积约10万平方米。[1]社区以布心村为基础，是东湖街道三个由村集体转制的实业股份公司所在地之一。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

布心村始建于明朝，赖姓先祖从龙岗的池坳迁来，村名最初写作“莆心”，后改为布心；明清时属新安县，1998年划归东湖街道。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

百度百科记布心村的村域约11万平方米，主要山岭为海拔250米的石牙头山；村内传统的客家民居已陆续改建为楼房，现存兰花庙和天圣福庙，前者保留妈祖祭祀，后者供奉孔子。[2]博雅地名网载，社区有5746户，共17501人，常住的只有1244人，暂住的达16257人（未注明年份）；百度百科记该村2015年末户籍人口1110人，通行客家话。[1][2]

村民过去种水稻和甘蔗，后来转为出租物业和工商业经营；据百度百科，村集体每年收益在2000万元以上，村民主要靠房租和股份分红。[2]

社区2022年8月入选「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」，2019年9月列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
