笋岗街道是广东省深圳市罗湖区的一个街道，位于区的中西部，1983年12月设立，邻近福田区，辖区内曾长期是全市最集中的仓库区之一。[1][3]街道的名称取自城中村笋岗村。[2]下辖田贝、北站、洪湖、笋岗、田心、梨园、笋西、湖景8个社区；省级文物保护单位「元勋旧址」和市级公园洪湖公园都在境内。[3][4][6]

历史沿革[edit]

笋岗村相传建于元末明初，由何真一支开基；村后山冈上曾有大片竹林，雨后竹笋遍地，村名便称笋冈（岗）。[2]何真（1321—1388）是东莞人，元末为保乡里聚众自卫，因与元军帅府失和而逃居泥冈，即今笋岗一带；明初归附，1387年被封为东莞伯。[5]

街道办事处于1983年12月成立。[3]2002年，辖区各社区居委会陆续设立，笋岗社区的前身则是笋岗村民委员会，1992年农村城市化时改称居委会。[4]

街道东起文锦北路，南到笋岗东路，西至红岭北路，北抵泥岗路，布吉河、笔架山河和广深铁路自辖区中部穿过。[3]面积，区政府网站的机构简介写作约4.03平方千米，百度百科写作3.46平方千米，两者口径不同。[1][3]

2020年11月的人口普查数据为92054人。[1]区政府网站的机构简介统计口径更宽：连同挂靠户口在内共约15.5万人，实际常住的约8.5万，挂靠者约7万，其中约5万挂在市人才市场名下。[3]

经济[edit]

深圳两大仓库聚集地中，笋岗是一处。[2]笋岗站1962年投用，1977年更名深圳北站，1984年改建为编组站，1986年成为华南地区最大的口岸编组货运站，2009年恢复笋岗站之名；站旁的仓库区被称为「中华第一仓」，是内地输往香港的货物的中转地。[7][8]深圳在2000年确定了六大重点物流园区，笋岗—清水河园区是其中之一；此后822、824号仓库变成笋岗工艺城，807、808号仓库改作工艺礼品交易场所。[7]2016年的深圳城市更新规划又把笋岗—清水河片区列为16个重点发展区域之一。[7]

街道办事处称，辖区注册企业共20037家，其中规模以上的由2018年的143家增加到2022年底的366家；辖区内另设社康中心8所，中小学4所，幼儿园10所。[3]

街道下辖6个社区工作站、8个居民委员会和3家股份公司：田贝工作站管田贝、洪湖两个居委会，田心工作站管田心、梨园两个居委会，另有湖景、北站、笋西、笋岗4个社区工作站，以及田贝、田心、笋岗3家股份公司。[3]其中笋岗社区由原笋岗村改成，街道以此得名。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

元勋旧址又称笋岗老围，在笋岗村内，是笋岗何氏纪念先祖何真而建的围屋。1988年7月定为深圳市级文物保护单位，2002年7月由广东省人民政府公布为省级文物保护单位。[5]围屋占地4265平方米，平面为方形，东西68米、南北63.5米，四角有碉楼，围内有3条纵巷、6条横巷，共140间房和3口水井，南面大门用红粉石砌成，门额刻「元勋旧址」。[5][6]据《深圳晚报》报道，康熙年间乡人所建的何公祠倾圮，何真曾孙何云霖重建祠宇并扩建城寨；围内的土地庙和围外的天后宫都在1999年重建。[5]

洪湖公园在街道东侧，1984年9月开始筹建，管理处在1987年1月设立，全园59.15万平方米，湖面占26.69万平方米，以荷花见长。[9]
