许村是韶关市南雄市的一个行政村，由黄坑镇管辖，村委会在镇的西部，离南雄市区21公里。村东的许村塔是北宋所建的五层砖塔，2019年被公布为广东省文物保护单位[1][4]。

村下分自然村5个、村民小组12个，离镇政府约2公里[1]。

人口民族[edit]

经济[edit]

水田1814亩，旱地548亩，合计耕地2362亩；种植黄烟、水稻、花生和辣椒，村里设有现代烟草农业示范基地[1]。此外，许村村列入广东省首批专业村（香猪，2020年8月公布），获2023年度广东省卫生村称号（2024年3月命名），2026年1月又获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：村子沿邓坊水而建，宋代河水泛滥，先人在河边造了一座塔来镇水，村落在塔的西面，起初叫“西村”，后来按谐音写成许村[2]。

1949年至1953年，这里归黄坑二区的镇东乡，成立了许村农会；1955年办初级社，1956年转高级社；1957年撤区并乡，划归黄坑乡；1961年成为许村大队，1988年建许村管理区；1998年12月撤区建村，称许村村委会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

许村塔在村东面的田野中，北宋绍圣六年（1099年）建成，是五层的青砖楼阁式塔，平面为六角形。塔刹已经损毁，第二至第五层的东北面各塌去约三分之一，现存高度21米，底部周长21.6米、直径6.35米，墙厚2.3米。塔身各层以砖仿木，做出阑额、柱子和斗拱；第二至第五层各开一道真门，其余几面是假门[3][4]。1973年有人在砖缝里找到北宋景德元宝一枚；2006年春季维修过一次[4]。1982年5月，该塔先被列为南雄县文物保护单位，2019年再升为广东省文物保护单位[3][4]。
