小陂村是韶关市南雄市的一个行政村，由黄坑镇管辖，村委会设在镇的东北，离南雄市区26公里[1]。村委会离镇政府约2.5公里[1]。

早期的组织形式是：1950至1954年设农会、互助组，之后1955年起办小陂初级社，到1957年改为高级社；1961年成为小陂生产大队，1984年建小陂乡，1987年叫管理区，直到1998年12月才改称小陂村委会，延续至今[1]
