历史沿革[edit]
1953年设来石乡，1966年改设大队，1983年设来石乡政府，1987年称管理区，1998年设村委会，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
村内设有汇盛农林渔牧有限公司的鸽场，该公司是省级农业龙头企业。[2]企业拟在村内稀土一矿旧场地建肉鸽屠宰和深加工厂，投资约5000万元、占地约25亩，另有在鸽场大棚顶建160亩光伏板的农光互补项目，总投资6000万元（均为2024年的招商信息）。[3]镇里还规划在该村建白鸽观光生态产业园的道路和人行步道。[2]
