历史沿革[edit]
该村在1949至1957年间称古塘乡，1958年改为古塘大队，1987年起称管理区，1998年设村委会，一直沿用。[1]
地理环境[edit]
回龙水库在古塘村境内，是一座以灌溉为主、兼顾防洪和发电的小（一）型水库，库容500万立方米。[2]
