历史沿革[edit]

金青的前身是金水乡（1951年设），1958年1月随该乡并入羊石乡；1959年另设金青大队。其后在1983年12月建乡人民政府，1986年改为村民委员会，1990年为管理区，1998年12月再次设村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，金青村在广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单中，产品为佛手瓜；2023年4月，列入2022年度广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位名单；2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
