历史沿革[edit]
长春在1961年之前是羊石的辖地，1962年6月单独成队，称长春大队。1983年12月它归入羊石乡；1986年12月和1987年1月先后成立、重设村民委员会，1990年3月改管理区，1998年12月回到村民委员会。[1]
