曰庄村是黄坑镇的行政村。村里有座月亮山，当地方言中“曰”与“月”同音，村名由此转来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国后称曰庄乡，1958年为曰庄大队，1984年复称乡；1986年起改称村委会，1989年一度称管理区，1998年撤区恢复为村委会，名称未变。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，曰庄村名列2018年度广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位。[1]
