凌溪村是广东省韶关市仁化县长江镇辖下的行政村，海拔约800米，是长江玉扣纸土法造纸技艺的传承地，也是中共五岭地委领导粤赣湘边区武装斗争的所在地。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据地名资料，村域地势高耸入云，山岭层叠，众多小溪从山间流出，村名取凌山凌水之意。[1]

1949年后，这里原属南雄县百顺区凌朱乡，1958年才划给仁化县长江一带管辖，当时叫凌溪大队。后来的名称依次是乡（1984年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1989年）；1998年撤去管理区、回到村委会，延续至今。[1]

2019年9月，凌溪村列入2018年度广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

文化[edit]

据羊城晚报2021年的报道，凌溪村传承着土法造纸工艺，所产长江玉扣纸有「长江纸贵，有胜洛阳」的美誉，曾为光绪年间的贡纸；「土法造纸技艺」被列入广东省非遗保护项目，凌溪村建有传承保护基地。[2]

造纸者刘世祥1982年起随父亲、伯父学艺，入选省级非遗第六批代表性传承人。据他所述，嫩竹四月采，十月集中约一个月抄纸，全程手工，现在愿意学的年轻人不多。县里还计划建设土法造纸文化园。[3]

解放战争时期，中共五岭地委在村内的云影庵成立，指挥粤赣湘边区的武装斗争，并组建了粤赣湘边区人民解放总队；当地据此规划了结合竹海与红色史迹的游览线路。[2][4]

县政府网站介绍，凌溪村高坪岭建有凌溪革命烈士纪念广场，内有凌溪革命烈士纪念碑、凌溪高坪古石围和叶小雅墓，2015年1月定为仁化县的爱国主义教育基地；清明时节，常有党组织、学校师生、村民以及东江纵队后人来此祭扫。[5]

著名人物[edit]

刘兴传（1898—1948）为刘屋村人，1946年冬加入反征救命团，编入凌溪常备队，在本地发动群众反霸、收缴枪支、维持治安。[1]

温安胜（1907—1947）为曾洞村人，1946年冬加入游击队的常备队，负责联络，向粤赣湘边区人民解放总队传送情报。[1]

黄历传（1908—1948）出身园坵村，1947年5月入伍边区人民解放总队，编入大队任战士。[1]
