红尾坑社区是韶关市武江区新华街道辖下的社区，区划代码为440203001020，辖区是原曲仁红尾坑矿的宿舍区，面积0.74平方千米，常住2473人、732户。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里原是煤矿的职工宿舍区：1969年定名红卫坑煤矿，1971年称韶关市红卫煤矿，并改称红工矿务局六矿；1985年改称曲仁红尾坑，1992年称广东省曲仁水泥总厂，2001年起称红尾坑。[1]

2005年6月10日经武江区人民政府批准设置社区，改称红尾坑居委会。[1] 博雅地名网将社区名的来由写作位于工业路东段。[1]

经济[edit]

2008年11月，社区获评「广东省“六好”平安和谐社区」。区内的企业是红光水泥实业有限公司。[1]
