五祖路社区是韶关市武江区新华街道辖下的社区，区划代码440203001002，办公地址在体育东路3号御和苑H栋首层。[1] 据博雅地名网所载，社区面积0.7平方千米，常住人口10374人，共2946户。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

名称来由：因居委会设在五祖路旁而得名。[1] 社区的前身五祖路居委会设于1990年，由工业东居委会划出人口而成，2002年6月起才称社区居委会。[1]

2019年9月，社区进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单」；2024年1月，获「2023年全国示范性老年友好型社区」的命名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区东面以体育东路为界，西面到新华南路，南面到亨泰路，北面到体育中心路，区内主干道共三条，亨泰路、五祖路和体育东路。辖区内有省属核工业广东矿冶局，以及韶关军分区的两处离退休干部休养所。[1]
