长洲社区是广州市黄埔区长洲街道辖下的社区，2002年由原长洲镇长洲村村民委员会“撤村设居”转制而成，居委会在大园坊大街13号[1]。黄埔军校旧址就在社区辖区内[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网记载，社区辖区面积2.8平方千米，有耕地约1800亩；外来人口6772人，户籍人口则为4413人。社区的集体经济组织分为12个经济合作社，股东共2355人[1]。社区近年发展文化旅游和农家乐，2021年11月被确定为绿色社区，2024年11月被认定为充分就业社区[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

黄埔军校旧址的主体在社区辖区内，见长洲街道条目。长洲金花古庙在白鹤岗下，供奉金花娘娘，农历四月十七日举办金花诞会，维基百科称它是广州发现的保存完整的一座金花庙[2]；庙建于明洪武年间，清同治年间重修，庙内碑廊存有碑刻[1]。岛上另有洪圣古庙，在白兔岗下，始建于元至顺元年，供奉南海神洪圣王[2]。长洲炮台建于光绪十年（1884年），在岛上的珠江主航道南岸。长洲曾氏宗祠在上庄村的长洲文化站内，清代建筑，为第九批广州市文物保护单位[1]。
