罗岗社区是广州市白云区均禾街道下辖的社区，城乡分类为城乡结合区。名称取「惠民」之意，因在罗岗经济联合社辖内、位于罗岗东面，原称罗岗惠东社区居委会。[1]

2021年11月，社区被广州市住房和城乡建设局确定为「广州市2021年绿色社区」。[1]
