2024年，石岗社区开展“社区绣花”行动：更新居民楼下的健身器材，加固倾斜变形的围墙，铺设沥青路面、增划标线，统一提升西基街沿线商铺的店招，并改造老旧的儿童公园和垃圾投放点。[2]
