冼村社区是广州市天河区冼村街道下辖的社区，辖区即原冼村一带，位于珠江新城北侧，属主城区。这个社区设于1991年12月2日，名称取自它所辖的冼村旧村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据维基百科所载，宋代这里只有两个小山岗，当地称“菖蒲二墩”，陈姓先人在菖墩（今接云大街一带）开村，村名定作“永泰乡陈公村”。到明代中叶，村里聚居着陈、罗、古、邱、冼、卢、梁等姓，其中冼姓人口最多，陈姓又几乎都已迁走，村名遂改为“冼村”。[3]

土地改革复查的试点，1951年底在广州郊区的六个乡展开，冼村是其一。“文化大革命”期间，村曾暂称“红旗大队”。改革开放初期，村里推行家庭联产承包责任制，以养猪等多种经营见长。[3]

为建天河体育中心，广州市1985年向冼村征地一千二百多亩。珠江新城工程在1992年开工，原计划迁走范围内的村子，冼村和猎德村因补偿难以谈拢而留了下来，可耕地已全数征去，从此是一个城中村。[3]

城中村改造[edit]

2007年，冼村被列入广州市公布的城中村改造名单，拆迁自2009年起推进。村集体经济组织的股东代表大会在2011年12月选了保利地产作改造的合作方，首期回迁房于2015年3月动工。[3] 2019年11月，全村改造的签约率为92%。村股份合作经济联社在2023年11月表决，决定收回改造范围内的集体土地使用权，天河区政府于次年1月批复同意。到2025年7月20日，范围内1950栋村屋已全部拆除。[3]

改造中出现过腐败案：2013年3月村党支部书记卢穗耕被免职，2014年7月七名村干部受审，被控受贿，2016年原广州市副市长曹鉴燎也因受贿受审。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有冼、卢、梁等姓的祠堂。罗山冼公大宗祠在青龙大街30号，始建于1765年，1998年重建；位于东胜大街6号侧的北庄冼公祠同样始建于1765年，1999年重建；卢氏的御南卢公祠在范阳大街138号，始建于1881年，1999年重建，清慎堂在范阳大街17号，始建于1843年，2005年重建。[3]
