冼村街道是广东省广州市天河区下辖的街道，位于区的西南部，处在珠江新城一带。街道得名于辖区内的冼村，1999年12月设立。[1][4]
街道东面以华南快速干线为界，与员村街道相邻；南面到花城大道，接猎德街道；西面至广州大道中路，隔路是越秀区的杨箕村；北面到黄埔大道，同石牌街道、天河南街道相连。[1] 2020年第七次全国人口普查时，常住人口58550人；现辖8个社区。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
街道所在的一带，原属沙河镇、石牌街和猎德街的地界。1999年12月，从沙河镇划出冼村地区，从石牌街划出新庆村，从石东村划出谭村一带，再从猎德街划入猎德村的一小部分，合并设立冼村街道；12月29日办事处挂牌。[1][3][4][5]
设立之初，街道下辖7个社区居委会，另有1家由冼村撤村改制而成的企业。2020年6月30日，杨箕东、金城两个社区的辖区以华穗路、珠江西路为界重新划分，增设金珠社区，社区数增至8个。[4][5]
广州市规划局在2007年公布，要整体改造猎德、冼村、谭村、康乐、杨箕这五个城中村。冼村的拆迁自2009年起推进，2011年12月冼村集体经济组织表决，选定保利地产为改造的合作企业；2025年7月，改造范围内的1950栋村屋全部拆除。[2][3][6] 冼村的详细经过见冼村社区。
地理环境[edit]
辖区在天河区的西南角，四至分别是华南快速干线、花城大道、广州大道中路和黄埔大道。[1] 气候属亚热带季风气候。[1] 面积在百度百科中作3.6平方千米；广州本地宝和博雅地名网引用设立时的资料，作4.07平方千米。[1][4][5]
人口[edit]
办事处早年的介绍里，辖区总人口为40255人，常住者11075人，外来暂住者29180人。[5] 第七次全国人口普查（2020年）登记的常住人口为58550人，在天河区各街道中居第17位。[1][4]
经济与建设[edit]
辖区紧邻珠江新城，2020年的地区生产总值，百度百科记为1186.73亿元。[1] 办事处早年的规划设想，是让这一带成为金融、贸易、文化中心和高档住宅区。[5]
2017年2月，街道成为广州市网格化管理的试点街道。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
潭村姚氏宗祠位于潭村大街西，始建于明嘉靖年间（1522—1566年），朝向为西，格局是三开间、两进深，占地288平方米，屋脊作龙船脊，山墙为人字形封火墙。[4] 街道内另有维加斯广场、花城汇广场和兴盛路风情街等商业去处。[1]
交通[edit]
轨道交通方面，有广州地铁3号线的珠江新城站、10号线的杨箕东站和18号线的冼村站；珠江新城的旅客自动输送系统在黄埔大道、妇儿中心、花城大道设站。[3]
荣誉[edit]
街道在2020年12月被评为「广州市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体」，街道党工委于2021年6月获「广州市先进基层党组织」，2023年3月又列入首批「广东省儿童友好示范镇（街道）」。[1]
著名人物[edit]
冼鼎昌（1935—2014年），物理学家，博雅地名网说他是冼村人冼翰云的后人；他是中国科学院院士（1991年），也是第三世界科学院院士（2002年）。[4]
