学院社区是广州市海珠区官洲街道辖下的社区，归入主城区，名称缘于辖内有多所院校，如广东财经大学和广州市土地房产管理学校。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区于2002年10月成立，名称沿用至今。[1]街道的介绍写到，赤沙一带坐落着广东商学院（今广东财经大学）、省化工学校、省水产学校和市土地房产学校，在校师生约3万人。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，学院社区被市住房和城乡建设局列为广州市2021年绿色社区；2022年11月，又获评2021年度全国综合减灾示范社区。[1]
