黄埔南社区是广州市海珠区琶洲街道下辖的社区，居委会设在黄埔村南部，辖区包括黄埔古港古村的一部分。[1]2013年8月，社区所在的黄埔村列入第二批中国传统村落名录。[1]

黄埔南居委会成立于2002年，即新滘镇改设琶洲街道的那一年，沿用至今。[1]据博雅地名网，黄埔村面积60公顷，户籍人口3580人、1177户（未注明年份）。[1]

社区先后获评广州市2022年绿色社区（2022年11月）和2024年广州市充分就业社区（2024年11月）。[1]
