观绿社区属广州市越秀区，由光塔街道管辖，城乡分类为主城区。[1]辖区内有老街巷观绿路，社区由此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区居委会建于1954年，原是诗书街的居委会，文革期间曾冠以红书街之名，1983年复称诗书街居委会。2002年更名观绿居委会；迎虹里居委会于2008年并入；2013年诗书街道撤销，社区改属光塔街道。[1]

荣誉[edit]

列入「广州市2022年绿色社区」（2022年11月）。[1]
