历史沿革[edit]
1954年，这一带归海珠北街管辖，此后居委会先属纸行街，一度编入光塔人民公社的纸行管理区。纸行街在1999年并入诗书街；祥龙里、牛头巷、惠福西三个居委会2002年合为三元巷社区居委会；2013年起属光塔街。[1]
荣誉[edit]
列入「广州市2021年绿色社区」（2021年11月）。[1]
