侨苑社区是广州市荔湾区站前街道下辖的社区，居委会设在华侨新村小区，该处是归侨、侨眷和港澳台居民集中居住地，社区因此得名；辖区约0.14平方公里。[1]

四至为：站前横路（东）、流花路中展里（西）、流花路即流花湖公园围墙外（南）、陈岗路（北）。[1]共2048户，常住约6148人，户籍人口为5668人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单公布于2019年9月，该社区在列；广州市住建部门于2021年11月将其列为当年的绿色社区；2026年1月，它获评2025年度「广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
