西焦社区属荔湾区南源街道，位于富力路一带，名称来自辖内原有的西焦煤场。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

西焦煤场曾是荔湾区一处积存垃圾的卫生死角，2003年清理后留待复绿；广州地铁5号线规划时经过煤场一带。[1]

社区建设[edit]

相邻的有澳口、青年、荔港南湾等社区。2022年11月，市住建部门将它认定为绿色社区；社区做过无障碍斜坡扶手改造，办过中医养生讲座和端午慰问。[1]
