蟠虬社区在广州市荔湾区金花街道的中心位置，面积约0.089平方公里，是一个以老年居民较多为特点的老城区社区。[1]居委会于2002年成立。[1]

文化[edit]

荣誉方面，社区得到过「全国社会工作服务示范社区」「广东省民主法治示范社区」的称号，2023年12月定为广州市健康社区（村），2024年4月进入荔湾区首批「基层党建示范社区」之列。[1]治理上采用「大党委」办法，统筹辖内单位与资源，处理旧楼改造、养老服务等事务。[1]街道的报道把蟠虬社区列为已完成微改造的社区。[2]
