吉坑村隶属福建省宁德市福鼎市太姥山镇，为一个行政村，位于镇北部半山区，离集镇约11公里。[1]
村原名吉溪，因位置偏僻、身处山坑中而改名吉坑。1982年自太阳头大队分出。2022年3月，村获评2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）称号。[1]

宋代村中建有陈大真郡宫。清道光十六年（1836年）又建阮氏宗祠。[2]
