东洋村是福建省宁德市福安市范坑乡下辖的行政村，位于福安市北部，与潭头镇下洋村相接，下辖东洋、南坪两个自然村。村名取自村东面有一片洋田。村属省级生态村。[1]

村名的由来：村庄东面有一片洋田，故名东洋。[1]

东洋村委会设立于1983年，原生产大队同时改称东洋村，名称沿用至今。[1]

人口与产业[edit]

博雅地名网载，全村共1063人、246户，党员18名。其中五保对象8户8人，低保对象4户12人，建档立卡的贫困对象为2户10人。[1]

耕地641亩，林地4861亩。群众收入以种植水稻、茶叶、太子参和芙蓉李为主，部分村民外出务工或经商。[1]

近年来，村中试种白菜、乌干早菜等蔬菜，并组织开垦荒山种植油茶。[1]
