坑下村在福安市郊，临富春溪而居，道路通达，是乡内以蔬菜生产为主的行政村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子处在富春溪边，灌溉方便，空气湿润，水源充沛，适合种菜。[1]
人口民族[edit]
全村494户，分布在3个自然村中，编为7个村民小组。常住居民1553人，另有暂住者48人；外出经商、务工者达391人，党支部党员45名。[1]
经济[edit]
村党支部带动设立了弘丰、崇光、坑下洋三家蔬菜专业合作社，实行「党支部+基地+合作社+农户」的组织方式。目前135户农户种菜，大棚占地430亩，产出以茄子、番茄为主。坑下村入选农业农村部「一村一品」示范村，获省农业农村厅「无公害蔬菜基地」称号，并列入宁德市「菜篮子」工程。[1]
另有8家中上规模茶企在村里落户，村子同时在尝试以农业带动旅游。[1]
