溪尾村是溪尾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区一带，交通便利。村名取自所在溪流的尾部，全村下辖7个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村子的前身是1950年初设立的溪尾乡，当时归下白石区管辖。1956年有溪尾高级社，社内的小队仍称溪尾。1959年建溪尾大队，划归溪尾公社；直到1984年才改为村委会，名称一直沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子处在溪尾镇区内，地势依山临海，交通条件较好。[1]

文化[edit]

2015至2017年间，溪尾村被评为福安市文明村。[2]

2021年11月，该村获得「2021年福建省卫生村」的称号。[1]
