地名由来[edit]

村子地处一条小溪的水源处，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年此地属社口乡，称溪口村；1958年划入社口管理区，称溪口大队；1961年属社口小公社。1981年分出单独设立大队，1984年改称溪口村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，溪口村被列入2019年度的「一村一品」示范村名单之中，产业为茶叶；2021年6月，溪口村列名福建省第四批省级传统村落。[1]
