小留村是福建省宁德市福安市罗江街道下辖的行政村，位于街道中部，东临赛江，104国道穿境而过。村中以池、谢、陈三姓为主。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传建村时有龙在此出没，村民便修桥挽留这条龙，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

小留村委会成立于1984年，此后一直沿用这一名称。[1]
