福源社区位于福建省宁德市柘荣县东源乡，前身为福源农村社区，是一处由造福工程搬迁群众集中安置形成的社区。小区占地86亩，安置来自9个乡镇、36个建制村的搬迁群众，其中包括畲、黎、苗、傣等少数民族。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

小区于2003年开始规划，2006年初具规模，2013年11月27日社区正式成立。安置对象为506户2765人。[1][2]

社会治理[edit]

社区党支部将居民区划为5个网格，由社区干部兼任网格长，并通过党员中心户联系居民，负责疫情防控、矛盾调解和治安巡逻等事务。[2]

文化[edit]

自2014年起，社区党支部每年举办“邻里节”，以百家宴为媒介，设少数民族饮食专区，促进各民族邻里往来。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，福源社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
