花坪村是富溪镇西南部的行政村，距镇政府所在地约2公里，海拔480米。村名源于华姓迁居此地时筑成的一口井，井名「花井」，后谐音定为今名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中下辖9个自然村，包括北山、花坪、路宅、王家岗、南坪、石俊、桐元等。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

花坪大队于1965年组建，1984年大队撤销，改由花坪村村民委员会管理村务。[1]

2021年6月，花坪村列入「福建省第四批省级传统村落」名单。2021年11月，村子获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2022年10月，经认定列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

经济[edit]

村民收入主要来自辣椒、太子参、大玉豆和蔬菜，村委引导村民垦复油茶，并引种乌龙茶新品种「金观音」。[1][2]
