富溪镇是福建省宁德市柘荣县下辖的镇，在县境西南部，总面积48.4平方千米。[1] 镇域以山地丘陵为主，历史上曾称库溪、古溪和武陵，宋时已设库溪巡检司。[1][2][3][4] 镇所在地富溪村保留富溪古街与归驷桥，古法榨油和竹钉鼓制作等技艺也在村中延续。[8]

历史沿革[edit]

宋时设库溪巡检司，隶属长溪县；元、明、清三代归柘洋上里管辖。[2][3][4]

民国时期，这里的基层建制经历了联保处、富蒲乡、武陵乡等名称变化，分别定于1935年、1940年与1944年。[2]

新中国成立后，1950年设富溪乡并驻第二区公所，之后在1956年改设富溪区，1958年又转为富溪公社。1984年10月恢复为乡，直至1992年才撤乡设镇。[2]

据县政府网站，富溪镇曾是柘荣县最早设置行政机构的地方，也是福温古官道上的驿站，其后成为闽东苏维埃霞鼎泰中心县政府的驻地。[1]

2014年9月，环境保护部授予富溪镇「2012年—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。2022年，富溪镇经省级部门认定，入选「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，同年年底又获「2022年福建省卫生乡镇」命名。[2]

地理环境[edit]

富溪镇在柘荣县西南部，离城关11公里，全镇面积48.4平方千米。镇区以山地丘陵地貌为主，森林覆盖率为73.5%；境内省级森林村庄有两个，另有高级版「绿盈乡村」一个。[1]

人口民族[edit]

据县政府网站，富溪镇现有户籍人口2919户10206人。全镇11个行政村中，东溪村为少数民族村。[1][9]

经济[edit]

富溪镇为省级商务特色镇。农业以水稻为主，兼产茶叶、生姜和蘑菇。[1][2]

村庄的主要收入来源为太子参、茶叶、油茶和外出务工，富溪村等村即是如此。[10]

据中新网2026年3月报道，本镇种植油茶、压榨山茶油已有两百余年，村中的百年榨油坊现作研学体验点，中小学生常到此体验古法榨油。[8]

富溪村保有富溪古街和一批古民居，古法榨油与竹钉鼓制作两项技艺在村中代代相传。[8][10]

名胜古迹[edit]

归驷桥位于富溪村，是以木构廊屋覆盖的单孔悬臂式桥梁。该桥南宋淳熙十四年即1187年建成，清乾隆五十三年（1788年）经过重修，长约24米，宽4.8米，孔跨15.4米。[5][6]

据百度百科，此桥原名归泗桥，后来才改称归驷桥。[5]

归驷桥的保护身份分两步确立：1989年先由柘荣县定为县级文物，2005年5月列入福建省第六批文物保护单位。[5][6][7]

著名人物[edit]

蓝阿嫩（1920年3月至1948年），畲族，据人物专题所载出生于富溪草籽坪村。1933年参加红军，1936年加入中国共产党，此后在闽东红军、新四军和解放军部队中任职，曾任营长、团长，1948年去世。[11]
