历史沿革[edit]
明永乐年间（1403—1424年），蔡姓由托溪黄潭州迁入；明洪武年间，吴姓由浙江省庆元县上标村迁居海坑。[1]
建县前，此地属政和里十都。寿宁解放初期，曹坑属托溪乡。1961年又归托溪公社管辖。[1]
2019年6月，村子进入第五批中国传统村落的名单。[1]
