大史村位于寿宁县西部，地处闽浙两省交界，在双苗尖南麓，海拔915米，距县城37千米，距托溪乡政府约12千米[1][2]。

村庄处在坐北朝南的向阳山坡上，冬季较寒冷，夏季凉爽，适宜避暑[1]。村北有连片向阳缓坡田地，平均海拔960余米[1]。
