洋尾村是托溪乡下辖的行政村，与浙江省庆元县岭头乡八炉村委交界，距寿宁县城约21千米，下辖西山自然村[1][2]。村址在九岭溪畔一块俗称“田洋”的小平地上，因房屋建在这块平地的末端，村名由此而来[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初期，村属第四区托溪区的洋尾乡[1]。1956年芹洋区成立后划归托溪乡，1959年改设托溪公社洋尾大队；1963年曾归芹洋区，1965年撤区并社，村仍属托溪公社[1]。1984年撤社改乡，改称托溪乡洋尾村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，洋尾村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
