九岭村位于寿宁县西南部腹地，南面临近牛头山水库，北面靠着九岭山脉，九岭古道从村中穿过。全村238户，共1058人，其下的自然村有新田下、福竹坪、上九岭、傍楼、上阪、丰谷，合计6个。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

寿宁通往政和的古道沿岭而上，岭的西北面自下而上有九座小山，故名九岭。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆年间，叶姓先人迁来定居。新中国成立初属九岭乡，次年撤乡；1959年撤区并社后归芹洋公社，1984年撤社建乡，成立九岭村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

九岭古道穿过本村、官路洋村与山头村，东北至西南走向，全长约5440米，古道由宋代开始修筑，历代都有修缮。2020年11月19日，省政府公布其为第十批省级文物保护单位。[1][3]

文化[edit]

本村于2021年11月被命名为2021年福建省卫生村，经办单位为省爱卫办。[1]
