清源镇位于福建省宁德市寿宁县中部，2017年9月由清源乡撤乡设立，镇政府驻清源村，距县城约6.5公里，下辖16个行政村。镇名的由来与境内卓姓的族谱有关，此前地方旧称青竹岭。镇内韶托村的小托水库（黄槐湖）为省级水利风景区，韶托村也是北宋徽州知州黄槐（黄山公）的故里。[1][2][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

寿宁建县（明景泰六年，即1455年）以前，这一带归政和县管辖，编在政和里十八都。建县之后直到清代，它被划为寿宁县坊隅的一、二、三图。[3]

民国时期，1934年这里设青竹岭联保处，驻外韦村。三年后联保处撤销，改设青竹岭乡，乡公所设在南门坑底村，下辖12个保。1941年6月，它改由县里直接管辖；1946年撤乡，此地划归鳌阳镇。[3]

1949年8月，此地分归第一区（鳌阳）与第二区（斜滩）。1958年6月重新由县直管，当月成立登峰公社，社址在岱阳村，次年3月公社撤销。1961年5月分成4个小公社，归鳌阳区管；1965年7月改设岱阳公社，下辖10个大队。1981年7月，岱阳公社改名清源公社。[3][4]

1984年改社为乡，成立清源乡，共有14个行政村；1990年又分出余山岗村与龟洋村，清源乡于是有16个行政村。[3]

2017年9月，福建省人民政府发文批准撤销清源乡、设立清源镇（闽政文〔2017〕318号）。博雅地名网记为9月19日，县政府网站记为9月28日，两说都不取日，只写年月。[3][4]

地理环境[edit]

镇域处在寿宁县中部，与托溪、芹洋、竹管垅、斜滩、南阳、鳌阳六个乡镇相邻，离县城约6.5公里。[2]

镇域面积，博雅地名网概况页作81.2平方千米，其信息栏作约80平方千米，二者均未注年份。全镇土地中约6.1万亩为富硒富锌土壤。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

韶托村的小托水库又名韶托水库、黄槐湖、梦龙天池，1958年始建，总库容426万立方米。此后水库被划为寿宁小托水库县级自然保护区，保护对象是桃花水母（国家一级保护动物）。2014年，它获批为省级水利风景区，属福建省第四批。[5]

清源村现存清代古民居十余座，其中卓麟英所建的“武翼第”，即卓家大院，规模较大。村中的嵩翁桥原为清乾隆年间卓秉嵩所建石桥，咸丰三年改建为石拱桥，1992年又在旧基础上建成廊桥。[7]

韶托村为北宋徽州知州黄槐（黄山公）的故里。黄槐于政和二年（1112年）中进士，宣和二年（1120年）任徽州知州，绍兴三十二年（1162年）卒，后被乡民奉为黄山公。[6][8]
