北凤社区是福建省宁德市寿宁县鳌阳镇下辖的社区，位于镇域西北部，辖区面积约0.25平方千米。[1]

社区名称取自其所在的县城北部商业地段。社区前身为胜利街居民委员会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年社区所在地设鳌阳大队，1984年改设为鳌阳镇胜利街居民委员会。[1]

关于改称北凤社区的时间，博雅地名网的社区页记为2001年起使用此名，镇页的历史沿革则记为2003年3月改为北凤社区居民委员会。[1][2]
