下地村是福建省宁德市古田县卓洋乡的行政村，位于县境东部，距乡政府约1公里，村落面积1.6平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

唐僖宗光启三年（887年），夷实公随王潮入闽，其后裔在福州一带繁衍六代。[2]

明成化十九年（1483年），陈法进自宁德西乡东山村迁居下地村，开始在此繁衍。[2]

清代，村中出过2名举人、8名秀才、12名贡生。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中现存清代古民居15座。清嘉庆六年建造的风雨桥已列入县级保护文物，桥身呈弧形。[2]

另有清乾隆六年建造的文佛庙宇和水陆太极等古迹。[2]
