车下村位于霞浦县西北部，与崇儒乡接壤，距县城36公里，距柏洋乡政府7公里。村辖2个自然村，全村127户、450多人，党员25人（村情简介，未注年份）。[1][2]
2021年6月，车下村列入福建省第四批省级传统村落名单；同年11月，福建省爱卫办命名车下村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2025年11月，村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」，产品为黄栀子。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时溪上设有水车，村庄建在水车之下，因此得名车下。1958年8月，村中设车下生产大队；1984年，大队改为车下村。[1]
经济[edit]
村民以粮食、林地、茶叶、毛竹、蔬菜和太子参等为收入来源，人均收入约5000元（村情简介，未注年份）。村内有环湖硬化路，村级水泥路直通柏洋乡政府所在地。[2]
