凤楼村在牙城镇西南部，与三沙镇接壤，离镇区约13公里，下辖6个自然村。常住人口约120人，全村172户、684人。村民以茶叶、水果和种植业为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网：建队时取凤阳与下楼各一字为「凤楼」，村委会设在凤楼，故名。[2]

1958年设凤楼生产大队，1984年改为凤楼村，并设立村民委员会。[2]

2021年11月，村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2]
