斗门村在牙城镇东南部，离镇区约2公里，下辖12个自然村。常住人口154人，全村545户、1987人。村民以养殖紫菜、弹跳鱼，从事近海与远海捕捞，并种植茶叶为业。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网，因村子的形状像斗，故名。[2]

1958年设斗门生产大队，1984年改称斗门村，并设立村民委员会。[2]

2021年11月，村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2]
