洪山村在镇西北部，离镇区约1公里，下辖9个自然村。全村共667户，人口2316人。村民的收入主要来自茶叶、水果、滩涂养殖和外出务工。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来，据博雅地名网，是因村中多为姓洪的人家居住。[2]

1958年设洪山生产大队，1984年改称洪山村，并设立村民委员会。[2]

2021年11月，村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2]
