地名[edit]
“利”取顺利、便利之意，寓意此地生活顺利，村名由此而来。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村子东面与竹下村相邻，南面是官洋村，西面接崇儒乡溪边村，北面隔着水坑村。平均海拔约230米，溪利线公路从崇儒溪边穿村而过。全村有250户、857人，设10个村民小组。[2]
土地[edit]
山地2360亩，耕地1050亩，其中水田有780亩，全村总面积3800亩。森林覆盖率62%，其中杨梅岭林场在本村境内造林1200亩。[2]
荣誉与历史沿革[edit]
2021年4月，利洋村获评「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」。[1]
1958年公社化时，此地设利洋生产大队。1984年政社分开，大队改称利洋村，同时产生村民委员会。[1]
